In the event of cancellation of an order by the client, Inigual will not refund the amount paid as a deposit.
Modifications to the initial order may incur expenses not stipulated in the order sheet and the client will be informed if requested.
Each product is handmade, so sometimes we work based on images provided by the customer, but we cannot guarantee an exact copy.
If the order needs to be shipped long distances, please let us know so we can prepare it accordingly.
Both tiered cakes and three-dimensional modeled figures may contain non-edible elements for structural support. The customer will be informed upon delivery.
Inigual guarantees delivery of the product in optimal condition, but will not be responsible for any incorrect handling and/or storage that the product may suffer outside of our facilities.
